Alaska. High-latitude inland site with strong auroral frequency and dark-sky advantages outside town.
Alaska. Good aurora access with easy escapes north of the urban light dome when Kp lifts.
Washington. Possible during stronger storms, but marine cloud and urban light require careful timing.
Minnesota. A better Upper Midwest chase point than major metros when Kp rises into the G1-G2 range.
Minnesota. Mid-latitude US city that becomes interesting only when the auroral oval expands aggressively southward.

Yukon. Consistent subauroral viewing corridor with better odds once Kp reaches minor-storm levels.
Alberta. Excellent Canadian prairie location once Kp reaches moderate levels and skies stay dry.
Manitoba. Often near the mid-latitude visibility edge, making it a good indicator city during expanding storms.
